Mission Statement

As an Inayan Eskrimador and a StreetFighting Practitioner, my goal is to pass on the knowledge and skills that truly changed my life. Creating students that can effectively defend themselves, their families, and loved ones, while striving to lead a balanced and fruitful life, is truly the greatest gift that can be given, as a Martial Artist.

The Bill Francis Academy was also created in order to educate Health Care Professionals, Small Business Owners and their support teams in regards to personal and professional safety in their workplace. Along with teaching martial arts under the Auspices of the Inayan System of Eskrima, and with Respect and Honor to my initial StreetFighting instructor, David Burt, my wonderful partner and wife, Jennifer and I, are fulfilling our Lifelong Dream of teaching Martial Arts and creating a retreat in the Santa Cruz Mountains where Martial Artists from many different styles and backgrounds could gather to train and to share in each other's lives.
